You'll be introduced to our Group Training/HIIT classes through the safest and most effective onboarding program anywhere. We will teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you'll get a great workout too. Starting the right way is critical to your future success!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our program, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our program you may graduate to our regular classes and get the full experience!
